Airplane-function – The revolution in surgery
Our product development takes place in close coordination with surgeons. In tests, we have recognized that some procedures with conventional Operating Tables do not take place in the sense of an ergonomic working posture for the surgeon. We wanted to change that!
That’s why we developed the so-called Airplane-function: The PRIMUS can be tilted to the left or right by up to 17 degrees. This means that previously difficult-to-reach surgical sites are suddenly easily accessible. The Airplane-function is an investment in your health – for a new era in the OR!

A battery charge typically lasts 1 to 2 weeks in normal operation, depending on usage. For consistently strong performance and maximum lifespan, we recommend charging the battery approximately once a week, ideally over the weekend.
